Description
An account of the resource
Floyd Webster, a life-long resident of Kingsley, Michigan, volunteered countless hours to discovering and preserving the history of the town. The historical photograph collection includes many of the images that he had collected from various local residents while acting as the town historian. Subjects in this collection include Kingsley Families, Businesses, Churches, Construction, and the Kingsley Fair and Heritage Days. Images date from the late 1800s to the late 1900s.

Floyd Webster Historical Photograph Collection
Image metadata appeared originally as handwritten notes by Webster. There may be spelling errors, as well as errors in identified persons and places. When another source was readily available, the Archivist changed the metadata on the digital image to reflect the most accurate information. The metadata available with the original photographs remains unchanged.
