Description

Rennie Oil Co. corner State & Union. 1948 Rennie Oil. Company station photo we seet he corner that untill fairly recently has hosted gas stations fior decades. However, our earliest (1919) image of this space shows it occupied by a potato shed. By 1939 it hosted the Jess C. Letherby Gas Station, the the Pioneer Station, the Rennie Station, and eventualy the Kinney's Auto Service. Today is hosts the Bank of Northern Michigan. All these businesses sat on the northwest corner of State and Union.

For "Trivia Tuesday" can anyone guess what corner this is, and what occupies it not? And what else has occupied this corner?
