Description
Barrels of scrap wood from the Petertyl Wagon factory that was sold door to door for fire wood.
Photo was probably taken looking north towards the Queen City Implement Company, which was located at 131 State Street (the white building with pointed facade). In the late twentieth to early twenty-first centuries this would be the location of Max's Service (135 State). The darker building to the left (with three windows) was probably WH Abbot's, a blacksmith.
