Back side says Traverse City, July 1951 in addition to a few names: Noxon, Magician, Stemen. Stemen might refer to G. C. Stemen the Royal Secret for the Tin Can Tourists in between 1949-1954 (See Tin Can Tourists' Constitution and Bylaws).
