I was surprised on my arrival at home to find that my
goods had been all shipped in cases instead of in bales
as promised me by your Mr. Loomis, I find that you have only allowed me 5% off on 7 or 8 pieces of print and nothing
on all the other prints when I was to have had %+2 ½ off on all
should you fail to give me those discounts my goods will
cost me much more than I expected them to
you have also chgd me with cooperage on cases which charge
would have been voided if the goods had been sent in bales
as agreed on The freight charges were also nearly ¼ more
than if the goods had been shipped in bales that is those
goods that could be packed in bales which is more than
the half of the goods
Your Mr. Loomis said that if there were any errors
or matters were not satisfactory to write you and you would
make them satisfactory in every care I therefore hope you
