Dear Sir,
Your favor
of 6th inst with paid
freight bill
received this a.m. – You evidently
have been overcharged on the shipment, and
I will send your letter + bill in to our
General Manager with a view of having the matter
adjusted – It is necessary however that we
should have the shipping bill or Bill of
Lading issued at New York for the case
+ if you will kindly send this to me should
be obliged. Please also advise what the boxes
are used for.
I Noticed by your bill that we have
had considerable amount of business from
you lately + we appreciate same very much.
+ you can rest assured we will do
all possible to retain your patronage.
I am Yours Truly
E.J. Keate, Agent
