with the largest assortment that is shown anywhere. Anything
from the English Breakfast to the cheap Powdered. Too much
cannot be said of our regular Japan Tea labeled
H. M. 3 TO 4,
We offer this brand to the lovers of really good______________
tea. It is not of that weak, tasteless, nerve destroying quality,
so common among the many kinds of tea, but has a stimulating
tonic effect such as no other tea has. It contains less nerve destroiring tannin than any other known, and is therefore the most
perfect tea grown. It is fragrant, rich and of a satisfying fuUneu
wherein lies the true worth of all tea. One pound is actually
worth lit pounds of any other—it really makes that much more
liquid—this is due to its richness. “H. M. 3 to 4,” is therefore the
cheapest and most economical of all teas. Use this brand and
you are sure of most healthful, satisfy^ beverage, very stimu
lating and bracing, and its extended use is growing more and more.

The increasing demand for this brand is of itself suf
ficient evidence of its superiority and should recom
mend its use to you.

The New$12,000 5th Ward Brick School House
Is located corner Rose and Webster Streets, only one-half block north of East Street. The above plat will
show that Bose Street is the center north and south street running through Oak Heights, and that East Street
(now East Eighth Street) is the north line of this plat. There is a grade crossing of the C. & W. M. on Rose St.
The location of the handsome new eight room Ward School Building (the largest Ward building in the city)
makes the lots in the center oi Oak Heights especially desirable.
The entire plat is level, and beautifully shaded with a natural oak grove, and is located within three to five
minutes walk of the Oval Wood Dish Co’s plant, the Beitner factory and the Basket factory.
The only lots vacant'west of Bose Street are Nbs. 1S3,124, 131, 132,166,167„182,183,184,186, 187,188,186.203,200,210,811,
818.813,814,881, 828, 233, 836, 236. These lots range in value from $126 to $276 each. As will be seen they are all weU located and
some of them are especially desirable.
That portion of the plat lying east of Rose Street has

JUST BEEN Of*ENED TO SALE
And all the lots from No. 1 to No. 118 are now in the market, except Nos. 14,15.16, 17, 18, which have been sold
in the last week or two. The prices on these lots range from $100 to $200.
The terms on any lot in the whole tract are 10 percent down and balance in small monthly payments, at 7
per cent Interest li you want a home or an investment this is the best thing offered in Traverse City.

HOUSES AND LOTS:
Four houses and lots on Washington Street, three between Board man Ava and Wel
lington and one between Wellington and Franklin. All very desirable, one being the hand
some residence formerly oooupied by Mrs. Janet M. Haire. Beasonable Prices and Easy
