BUSINESS COLLEGE
The Traverse City Htisiiifss Collruc will

first fall term Monday, Sept. 2.
This will be the bcijinnini; of the 51th year. Until
this year the coUc({e has been in coniimimis session' for
seven >‘cars. but this summer the manauer et^ndudi d to

I hiring the past seven years nearly looo sttidenis

the proprietor that so niany of the^kiire now in profit
able positions.
A new school has alwa)*s to dintend with older
ones in linding positions for its gradu.Ttes. The pro
prietor therefore feels highly satisfied when he looks
over the field and sees so many of his graduates and
uiidcr-graduates holding good positions, while those/
_persons who were led to’attend oliler schools by the
claim that (lositions would cehainly be obtained, arc
still following their old pursuits or idling away their
time wailing for the promised place.
Among our students employed in this city are
Harry Kent. Xsst. Teller in State Hank; (ieorge Kil*
bourne. Stenogra|)her at the Asylum; Chas.*\Valsh,

These and several more are employed here in the
city. Several have secured lucrative positions in Chi
cago during last year. Don Dyer, Stenographer with
Ro)'al Ins. Co.; Dom. Dunn. Stenographer and Book
keeper Wholesale jewelry House; Chas. Fcibing. Sears.
Roebuck & Co.
Many others wc have assisted to positions in other
parts of the sute and in the west. We have every fa
cility for placiBg students that any school can have and
some which other schools do not have. We have never
held out a promise of a portion to any one but it is to
our interest to do all we can to assist every worthy
studtnt and this is done in every case. We are here to
stay and to build up a first class school in this part of
the sute and to this end we ask . the co-operation of
every ^-oiie in this section. Do not go away to secure
what you can get right at home better and cheaper.
