It was the intention of iheovae»s to only offer this
tract in one bpdy, w'uh one price over all. But after
having their attention called to the position in whjch
it leaves the small investor U^ractically giving him no
opportunity to invest and control his investment) they
concluded to allow us the privilege of cl^og out in
tracts of one thousand acres or more, as purchaser
desires and can pay for.

This will probably bp the last chance in which the.
small investor will have an opportunity to invest his
money on an equal footing with the great capitalists in
one of the great tracts of Michigan limber lands.

Prices given will be
the Lowest Cash Price.
and nodplion will be given, but plats, deacriptions and
estimates ■will be cheerfully furnished and all reason
able questions,ansYfercd.
In view or the fact that this is one of the most de
sirable tracts of timber in the state, and placed on the
market at a sli|{ht advance of purchase price in such a
way that the investing public can place their money
independent
trus^ or stock companies, receiving
the title direct to themselves, it will be snapped up as
fast as descriptions and estimates can be furnished, so
if you wish to get any portion of this property do not
hesitate, forit will bear the closest investigation.

Understand, this whole tract is virgin forest; never
a Slick has been removed-all is as nature has devel
oped it..and was purchased panic jlarly on account of
extra dwirablc timber.
We think the owners have sustained their reputa
tion for fair aud square dealing (which is second to
none) in allowing this great tract to be divided into
, small parcels.
