Ray Darrow Marina. Bay St .at Elmwood, TC. Photo during WWII. Navy boats in harbor used in remote control drone program, flying from Navy Base at TC airport. "During WWII they brought small submarines to this marina & take out in the bay to test. When they built the Parkway they traded Mr. Darrow's marina for the land in Greilickville for his new marina and named the area shown as Monroe & Bay Darrow Park." Sandy Cartwright.
