Typed letter on official Tin Can Tourists of the World Inc. letterhead written by G. C. Stemen, secretary of the Tin Can Tourists, dated to December 3, 1952. Addressed to Merle C. Lutz, Secretary of the Traverse City Chamber of Commerce, the letter states that they have received no reply after their letter from October 9, 1952. The letter reiterates that the Tin Can Tourists would be pleased if Traverse City can send an official representative to be present on invitation day. (The day in which letters of invitations are presented to the Tin Can Tourists' Board of Directors at the Annual Convention in Tampa, Florida. On this day they decide where their upcoming annual reunions will be held.) "Copy" is written in pen at the top of the letter.
