Dear Sir
Enclosed you will find 2
bids for 1st quality polished plate
glass to be furnished set in Sash 8?
doors in store front. the sizes of cen?
altered from what they were under
the former conditions. Also I send the
lowest bid received for making the
Store front. the windows in same being
too large to ship put together – will be
all ready to put together by the man
who puts the work up that will be
all machined framed and caped
and fitted here so that I can be
rigged up at the job. the doors will
be all ready to put and hand –
the store finish of joiner work will
be the same style drawn for upstairs
2)
The amount of plastering in 2nd
story as called for by plans & Specific
-ations is 1405 yds yards – I will
have the iron masoning? detailed out
and sent it up to you – do you
still want the concrete vault light
panels inserted in the t? as you
talked about. The ceiling of store
I have given to J. Sokup & Co – they
being the lowest. (this does not include
the ceiling of entrance hall – that I think
had letters be plastered) the cone mold
ing round the sides will cost entire - $24 –
the iron girder will be ? for a cos?
molding I will make drawing of same –
shall I close with the glass men-
