Dear [L__ou__],
I know you told me about your school and asked me about mine. You dontid know what the schoolhouse is like. It has been but a long time since you have see it. It is a nice building with quite a high wall under it. It has a belfry and two rooms that are working most of the day. We have a nice green lawn and we have a good janitor.
Just the other day Mr. Horneb and another man came and give us a neat saying “Standrad School”. The both gave a little speech. There was quite a crowd and the school boys and grils had program. Then they went out and put the plate building. We gave the yell of Old Mission and then we went home. Now if you want to know any thing else you can write.
Lovingly,
Elmer
