Date used to describe this image is derived from the postmark on the back of the photograph. Image features cottages on the lower tier of the Birchwood summer resort complex, closest to the eastern arm of Grand Traverse Bay. A couple of young men sit on a porch of one of the cottages, and the road is dirt, lined with pine trees.
