Camp 2, Crescent City, North Manitou Island, Mich.

The boat "Rising Sun" was built in 1888 and floundered off Pyramid Point in Leelanau County on October 29th 1917. The whole crew was saved. It was once owned by the religious sect "House of David" of Benton harbor, MI and was named the "Minnie M."
