Yours of 3rd at hand. Father is still in bed but expects
to be about in a few days. He requests
me to answer your letter as follows
The window + door frame will
be made of well seasoned white pine
lumber. Where exposed to the eye the
same shall be clear stuff. It
will be better to have the frames primed
before being set.
The stone you use marked on the
plans as Cleveland Blue should
be a harder nature than either
the Holland or Amherst st-
We use it here for suc-
no matter which the other -
in the building. Where we-
herst stone it can be either-
