Dear Sir
Your letters received.
Use Buffalo cement. It is as good as any. I do not know of any man
here that I could send to superintend your work.
The stone cutter bids were made
on the same class of work + stone
in both cases. The reason of
difference is that ? has not as much work as the other ?.
The iron beams support the front over store. We will order at once as they come from Pittsburg. Will order the galvanized Iron work at once as you suggest leaving the
inside til later.
