Dear Sir
I have enclosed diagram
of the way the joist should be prepared
for the concrete under the tiles
Weatherly and Pullte expect to put
the concrete in under their contract
with you – determine are the exact
level of the surface of tiles where laid
then nail strips on sides of joists as
a hem – nail very firm – lay one same
of 8” thick boards cut in tight between
the joists and nailed – hew? off
the upper edges of joists as shown
and then it will be really-
your letter to Goss? in Detroit I have
read – and I am sure you know
so much more about it than I
do who have never seen any
